- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations

- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and improve existing ones

- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings


Skills


- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role. Experience in a star hotel will be an added advantage.

- In-depth understanding of culinary practices, particularly in Indian regional cooking.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices


Type: Full-Time

Salary -  £26200 to £32000 pa.

Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice on menu choices.

Train, and manage staff, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
